Redmill Advance is delighted to announce the launch of its new CPD reporting tool, AdvanceCPD. In early 2023 Advance made the decision to invest into building a new proprietary CPD reporting tool. As a natural evolution in the development of its proposition this new recording and reporting software links seamlessly to the Redmill Advance LMS, automatically recording CPD across Core learning, Pension Transfer Specialist requirements, IDD and Mortgage, whilst also tracking SPS renewal dates. AdvanceCPD’s interactive and modern dashboard gives an ”at a glance” view of all advisor CPD whilst allowing users to take a deeper dive into any area of CPD. At a supervisor level it offers total overview of all advisors CPD allowing firms to have a deep understanding of user progress ensuring complete oversight of CPD needs across the business. The tool works just as effectively for other roles within planning teams (such as paraplanners and administrative functions) and can be used to plan meaningful development paths across a 12-month period or even a number of years. At a senior management level, the CPD tool can be used to view progress towards regulatory requirements at a click of a button.
