REDMILL ADVANCE APPOINTS TECHNICAL AND PROPOSITIONS MANAGER
Key hire bolsters existing Redmill Advance technical team
Redmill Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Jon Dodson FPFS, ACISI, CIPD BA (Hons) formally Platform Academy Manager with Aegon to the position of Technical and Propositions Manager of Redmill Advance. Jon will focus on the technical development of Redmill Advance programmes, whilst feeding into other key development areas of the company including the various academies the company run on behalf of key clients.
Prior to Aegon, Jon worked in senior learning and development capacities with Towry, Standard Life and Skandia where he focused on advanced technical training, strategy and learning proposition development. Jon holds several industry qualifications, is a fellow of the PFS, is CIPD qualified, holds an Advanced Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as well as an honours degree in Philosophy.
