REDMILL ADVANCE ACQUIRES AKORN EDUCATION AND ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Transaction and key hire mark milestone in Redmill Advance’s strategy
Redmill Advance and AKORN Education today announced that Redmill Advance has acquired AKORN Education, a financial services education and training specialist. The acquisition of this team of teaching and financial services professionals will accelerate Redmill Advance’s plan to grow the business and increase services.
Redmill Advance also today announced that they have appointed Angelo Kornecki as Technical Director, effective January 2021. Most recently Kornecki was founder and tutor, AKORN Education. Kornecki has over 12 years experience in financial services. He is also the managing director of AKORN Financial Advice Ltd and prior to founding AKORN Education he was a financial services lecturer at a local university centre, In this role he was responsible for course development and delivery. Prior to setting up the two companies Kornecki also spent time at a local IFA and a major high street retail bank.
