Across the Group employees will benefit from the comprehensive suite of CII and CISI exam support, compliance, cyber, soft-skills, leadership, technical knowledge, and wellbeing CPD pathways. In addition, Foster Denovo has implemented AdvanceCPD, market-leading CPD recording and reporting software that offers the organisation a deep understanding of employee CPD needs company-wide. As an Investors in People Gold employer, Foster Denovo takes continued professional development and supporting career development seriously. Embedding Redmill’s learning management system is an integral part of its investment in career paths for all of its teams.

David Tait, founder & managing director of Redmill Advance, commented: “We are delighted to partner with Foster Denovo to support the development, implementation, and delivery of CPD across the entire business. We look forward to supporting Foster Denovo with our media rich learning and CPD solutions and I am certain we will enjoy a successful partnership together in the years ahead.”

Foster Denovo Head of HR, Louise Blair, added: “We made it a rule that we would ‘grow our own’ and Redmill’s learning management system is going to be a great asset in supporting our people to grow in their current roles or indeed move into other roles in other functions. We have a great track record of promoting from within and our retention rates are very good. As the number of colleagues who stay and develop into different roles increases still further, the comprehensive suite of learning support will come into its own.”
