Course Overview
CF6 Mortgage Advice is one of the compulsory papers in the CII Level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice. Successful completion of this certificate requires the successful completion of two out of the three following papers;
- R01 Financial Services Regulation and Ethics (Level 4) or
- CF1 UK Financial Services Regulation and Ethics (Level 3) and
- CF6 Mortgage Advice.
The exam itself is a three-hour, exam consisting of 100 multiple choice questions, 5 case studies with 5 multiple choice questions for each case study. The pass mark is 70%, meaning that you must gain at least 88 marks in the exam from the possible 125.
